Please note that Ding’s Shop reserved the rights to change the policies at any given time. We reserve the rights at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the Customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is cancelled, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment.

How does the basket options work?
Instead of a deposit of $35 then claim, you will need to purchase a basket of the amount you would like to claim, i.e. $35, $125, $250, $500 etc. Once the basket is completed, the items will be arranged to ship out unless there is a new basket that is opened. (see below for more information)

Do keep track of your basket amount and limit. However, in any time, you would like to check the amount, please contact Customer Service - they will provide you a picture of the amount purchase, claimed and left.

When basket is completed, what will happen?
Completed baskets will automatically move to the <ready for packing> zone for packing and shipping. If you open another basket within 48 hours of the closed basket, please note that this will be combined together with your closed basket for shipping.

What if I go over my basket limit?
Basket shouldn’t be over, but we do understand the joy of shopping and that the basket might go a little over. The basket will have a max over limit amount of $15, this can be paid through Paypal directly in which CS will provide. Note, this have to be paid within 24 hours.

OR you can also continue on by paying for another new basket. In which, the baskets will be combined and shipped out together.

How long can I keep my basket for?
As long as it is still within your basket limit, you can keep up to 1-1.5 weeks.

Can I still cancel my items in the basket?
All cancellation rules still apply, if you want to change items or remove anything, it should be done within 24 hours of claim. CS will try to share a picture of what you have claimed for the day as soon as they can and once, they sent out – please confirm the image.

If there is no reply for 24hours, it will be taken as a confirm.

Is there any fees for different currencies?
At Ding’s shop, all prices are in USD, your credit card will have their own exchange rates. The total will be charged in USD but your bank will charge in your own currency when they processed your transaction.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.

How secure is my online order?
You are going through Paypal, Paypal is secured and you can read it up on your Paypal page.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Please do check your shipping address before paying for your order, we are unable to change your shipping address as to avoid being inconsistent with the delivery address in your Paypal and order.  

When will my order be processed?
All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse abroad. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day.

When will my order arrive?
It depends on your country’s shipping company speed. From China to your country, it will take at least 1 week, usually in total it will be around 10 – 14 days, but it can be up to 21 days. If you have not received your parcel after 14 days, please kindly email us at dingsshop@outlook.com to check your parcel status.

Do note that the prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

How do I track my order?
We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Usually you will receive the tracking number one day after we have shipped your order. You can track it on 17track.net or any other tracking website.

What Do I Do If I Have Missing Items In My Order?
If something is still missing, please contact us immediately at dingsshop@outlook.com with your order number and what items are missing.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs and videos of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
